Technology and Platform Lead
A creative coder and systems thinker who brings our vision to life through digital innovation. Max is a seasoned software architect with over 14 years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
Max brings deep expertise in Agile development, project management, and building scalable digital solutions. With a passion for efficiency and innovation, Max is now channeling his technical skills toward creating social impact, driven by the shared vision of the ASAi-ASA team. At ASAi-ASA, Max leads the development of the MVP web platform, supports gamification and feature exploration, and works closely with the Program Development and Social Impact Team to ensure technology aligns with program goals.
Program Development & Social Impact Lead
A visionary humanitarian with a background in gender equality, social inclusion, and community resilience. Poy is a full-time humanitarian at the INGO and social innovation leader.
She has served as a GESI Policy Advisor to the Thai Government and Ministry of Commerce, contributing to support equitable opportunities for underrepresented communities. Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Technology and Creative Innovation at Carnegie Mellon–CMKL Thailand, she brings a unique blend of policy experience and tech-forward thinking to social impact work. At ASAi-ASA, Poy leads the project's vision and strategic direction, drives community engagement initiatives, impact design, secures funding through grant acquisition, oversees cross-functional team coordination to ensure that every aspect of the platform delivers on its social mission.
Marketing & Communications Lead
A storyteller at heart with a sharp eye for trends and youth engagement. Pompam is a seasoned marketing communications professional with a passion for financial literacy and social impact.
As Marketing Supervisor at Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited, she simplifies complex financial concepts for a client base of over 600,000, helping individuals avoid debt traps and make informed financial choices. At ASAi-ASA, Pompam leads the development of social media channels, marketing plan, manages design assets and promotional materials, and coordinates communication strategies for events, before, during, and after to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.
Partnerships & Public Relation Lead
An experienced communicator with a passion for purpose-driven content. Tommy is a Thai content creator, actor, TV host, and podcaster with a social media following of over 1 million.
As the founder of Avocado Books, he uses storytelling to inspire social change and connect with diverse audiences across Thailand and beyond. At ASAi-ASA, Tommy leads content strategy, media partnerships, and public relations to amplify ASAi-ASA's voice across platforms, he promotes the project through his influencer network, engages public figures and brand partners, and supports event visibility and public engagement.
